Everything is good But In Ingredient you can see HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL which is not healthy for human...so I m not recommend this product,Thumps Down Health Kart Salmon Fish oil.

Basicaly with i have used fish oil from hk but i think both are of same value that majorly had oil from sardines but this one has it from Salmon.
