Got this healthkart combo, It's one of the best Multi Vitamin and biotin combo I came across. Has a good mix of all the essential vitamins. Definitely value for money. So I brought this product and boldfit multi vitamin together as my hair was thinning. I thought biotin would be the best. After having this and and multivitamins together I can already see the results in my hair and nails. I love the product.
I have this every morning along with using 1 a week henna in my hair. My hair is back to normal.
