It was difficult to find sublingual vitamin B12. Sublingual or chewable formulations are suggested by many doctors as more likely to be better absorbed. Also we should check the amounts: some formulations contain 1 mcg which is completely inappropriate as only a small fraction may be absorbed. 50, 500, 1000 mcg are recommended. It is more effective when you take Morning after breakfast and after Lunch total 1000 mcg...
But 500 mcg is sufficient so i take it after Lunch❤
