Tried for last 1 week, and got the difference. It helps to provide good nutrition to hair, and glows ur skin , it removes bad cholesterol from ur body and reduces gall bladder stone. It really helps to Loose body weight if used on a regular basis.

Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of lemon juice to a glass of warm water. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Doing this regularly for weeks can dissolve gallstones and prevent pain.
