    Excellent reference for B.Sc. students

i am a BSC student and i find this book very useful. i think it also covers most of the topics required for entrance exams like 'JAM' (IIT).
it could just be with my piece only but i found that cutting of the some pages wasnt levelled properly. regardless it is a very good product.

    Best book on Thermodynamics

Many "Thermodynamics" books are available for chemistry and engineering students, but only few for physics students. Zemansky's book follows the physics point of view, and is a masterpiece. I have used 5th & 8th editions. The karatheodory' approach was discussed in detail in the 5th edition, but these details are omitted in 8th edition. In fact 5th edition was much better in many ways. Anyways, I strongly recommend this book for every physics student.

    DECENT BOOK

The book is a decent first course on thermodynamics. It's fairly easy to read and provides enough detail to give the reader a good understanding of the material.
