Helen Harper Super and Regular Applicator Tampons (Pack of 32)

The combo contains 2 packets (with each having 16 tampons), one each of light to medium flow (normal) and medium to heavy flow (super) helen harper applicator tampons. Helen harper tampons provide you with maximum discretion and security. Easy to use when you go to the pool or beach or just under your day to day clothing. A compact plastic applicator tube, that fits easily in the palm of your hand for optimal discretion. Tips - change the tampon every 4-8 hours or more often if needed. If after this time, white fibre is still visible, try a lower absorbency. The tampon can be more easily removed when fully saturated. A lot of women change the tampon too quickly because they are afraid of leakage. If worried, use a pantyliner for extra protection instead of removing the tampon when not fully saturated. Tampons can be worn over night but remember to insert a fresh tampon before going to sleep and change again first thing in the morning. Please read the leaflet inside of all helen harper packs.
