Except for a small nut-bolt missing rest of the contents were in order
The bulk of cycle was in preassembled state.
Rest had to assemble at home. It is relatively easily doable. Only challenge was 6mm Allen key for handle not commonly available at homes for which had to take the cycle to local mechanic.
The cycle is excellent quality. Can be used by both genders given its frame design. Very comfortable.

But I am giving 3 star because seller did not sent toolkit & assembly guide. Even the screw was missing. Had to pay 600 to local store to get it assembled. But still its worth given the discount.

Transportation was not handled properly.
Both the rims had bents.
Not expected in a new bicycle.
User manual says that it has all India warranty but when I called Hercules customer care they said no warranty for online purchase.
Really disappointed.

The product looks good but we received the box with missing cycle parts from the seller. The Bolt which is used to tigten the handle and the reflector screws were missing in box and i had to pay extra amount to get these from the local vendor.
Since the vendor provided the alternative solution for the bolt since he didnt have the original bolt, the look of the cycle is also distorted.
