Very poor
Don't think it is 12 pounds weight , it is the model name of the iron , in real weight is only 4 pound means 2 kg the watt is also 430 not 1030 wt.they can't give right thing on two times replacement service

It says 12 pounds but it is hardly 8 pounds.
