Then then begin to track what a leader has done for them personally, moving on to a personal stage. Finally, what every leader must strive towards, is the pinnacle, where people follow a leader because of what he is and what he represents. In this book, John Maxwell blends humour and real-life anecdotes to show readers how a leader grows and how he must reach his pinnacle.

About John C. Maxwell

John C. Maxwell is an American writer, orator and pastor known for his books on leadership. He has also written The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership and The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader: Becoming the Person Others Will Want to Follow.

Maxwell completed his bachelor's degree at Ohio Christian University and pursued his Master of Divinity degree at Azusa Pacific University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree at Fuller Theological Seminary.
