Step 1
Roll out your icing to your desired thickness (ensure you roll evenly so the emboss detail comes out even).
Step 2
Applying different amounts of pressure will give you varying height of the boss detail so have a play and a practice to see what you like the most. I suggest using a rolling pin to press or if you have a press tool that will give you even distribution of pressure with even less chance of deformation.
Step 3
You can then paint them up using some lustre or edible paint and when slightly hardened even edible pens.
