We follow a 'No Questions Asked' repair policy wherein we honour every valid Service Request without asking any question. Repair or Replacement Guarantee: We will either repair your device or give a replacement. The replacement device or gift vouchers will be provided at the discretion of Onsitego on the basis of the depreciated value of your device.
