Vijaykumar Waghmare is a faculty member in Social Work, advocate, and educational consultant. He has dedicated his career to fostering community partnerships, developing academic curricula, and advancing social welfare initiatives. Working in Amalner, India, he combines over three decades of academic excellence with a passion for transformative community service. Professionally, Vijaykumar's journey reflects a commitment to both teaching and community development. As Faculty at PJN College of Social Work, he has mentored countless students since 2005, designing innovative MSW and BSW programs and preparing future social work professionals. His expertise in curriculum development, strategic planning, and program evaluation has a lasting impact on academic and organizational excellence. Vijaykumar's leadership extends beyond academia. As a Founder Board Member of Aadhar Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha, he has steered impactful initiatives, addressing community challenges through policy innovation, capacity-building programs, and stakeholder engagement. His tenure as Coordinator at TATA Institute of Social Sciences further showcases his ability to manage complex social projects, ensuring sustainable solutions for pressing social issues. Academically, Vijaykumar holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Karve Institute of Social Service and is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at KBC North Maharashtra University. He has also achieved UGC NET and SET qualifications, underscoring his deep academic foundation and teaching aptitude
