Ligez CLARY SAGE ESSENTIAL OIL can be applied directly to skin and hair and used without any problem. You can use it for massage purpose, aromatherapy or can be inhaled by using diffusers also. You should apply CLARY SAGE ESSENTIAL OIL at least twice a week. · You can use it on your skin and massage it properly by adding 5-6 drops of CLARY SAGE ESSENTIAL OIL and blend it with carrier oil like coconut oil so that it goes deep into the pores and provides nourishment to skin and brings radiance. · You can use 6-8 drops of CLARY SAGE ESSENTIAL OIL at time of taking bath by mixing it with 4-6 drop of any carrier oil such as olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, or any other vegetable oil to get rid of muscle pains. · You can diffuse it by adding 8-10 drops of CLARY SAGE ESSENTIAL OIL with little water upon the diffuser.
