    • The warranty on Sofas/Recliners is on the frame, padding & mechanism if any.The warranty covers manufacturing/ workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.
    Not Covered in Warranty
    • This limited warranty does not apply to: Normal wear and tear Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or Cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will Lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight) No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers

The test results may not be indicative or representative of the quality or characteristics of the lot from which a test sample was taken or any similar or identical product. The responsibility to ensure that the products sold are similar to the test sample is of the respective seller.
    • 5) Successful test results and the Durability Certified badge does not necessarily imply life as per the durability certified badge. Life of the product depends on the usage, handling, environment and other external factors.
    • 6) The Durability Certified badge does not provide any additional warranty or guarantee over and above the manufacturer/seller warranty. Please refer to the warranty details for the product for more information.
