Punjabi Meat/Mutton Recipe:
Ingredients of Punjabi Meat Mutton:
600 gm mutton curry cut, 600 gm mutton boti, 200 gm onion slices, 100 gm tomato puree, 2 tbsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp garlic paste, 3 tbsp red chilly powder, 100 ml refined oil, 4-5 tbsp Okhli Musal Brand Meat Mutton Masala, 100 gm fresh coriander, 3 tbsp dhania powder, 1 tbsp jeera powder(optional), 4 eggs
How to Make Punjabi Mutton:
1.Take oil in a pan put onion slices cook till it golden brown.
2.Add mutton curry cut and boti, add ginger & garlic paste cook for 10 minutes.
3.Add red chilly powder, dhania powder, Okhli Musal Brand Meat Mutton Masala, jeera powder and tomato puree and add some water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
4.Cook on slow fire till done, check the seasoning and finish with fresh coriander.
5.Garnish with fried or boiled eggs.
