Male-centric knowledge and logic have always defined 'female desire' as a straight line that extends only towards a certain goal. The infinite and mysterious universe beyond it has been made invisible. This work underlines that female desire is a political process in which body, brain, culture and power unconsciously work together, beyond mere physical desires or reproductive matters. This is a collection of studies that meticulously mark the unconscious and inner voids of women who are constantly in conflict with family, religion, politics, development indicators, visual arts and popular music.
