The opposition organization, in defiance of the current political authority, seeks to sow political turmoil within the nation. Their method involves instigating hatred within the populace, political figures, and others by ruthlessly targeting the descendants of innocent children. These young individuals are transformed into ruthless assassins and are dubbed "Hunters." Within this group, a Hunter named Arya becomes entangled in a love affair, causing him to lose sight of his original mission.
