Sowing Method
To sow jhinga (ridge gourd) seeds, prepare well-draining soil and plant seeds about 1 inch deep and 2-3 feet apart, either in the ground or in poly bags for transplanting. You can soak seeds overnight to improve germination. After planting, water immediately and keep the soil moist. Once seedlings emerge, provide a support structure like a trellis for the vines to climb, and ensure the plants receive plenty of sunlight.
