How to Use: - Apply 2-3 drops of menstrual cup wash on a wet menstrual cup. Gently work up to form the lather. STERILIZE Disinfect the cup before every use by washing it in running water and sterilize it by putting it in boiling water or use a sterilization cup. FOLD & HOLD Take the cup with thoroughly washed hands and fold using the techniques mentioned in the leaflet and hold it firmly between your thumb and forefinger. INSERT Make sure you are relaxed and comfortable. Now gently separate the labia with your free hand and insert the folded cup in the vagina at an angle inclined towards the base of your spine with the curved edge of the cup facing the vaginal opening. REMOVE After proper hand washing, reach for the stem with your thumb and forefinger, squeeze the base of the cup to release suction, and gently pull it out. EMPTY Empty your cup and rinse it in cold water first (to stop any stains from setting in) and then with warm water or use a mild pH-balanced cleanser like Solvion Menstrual cup wash before re-inserting. Kindly make sure to wash and sterilize the cup after each cycle Sterilize the applicator before every use by putting it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes or use Menstrual Cup Sterilizer. Apply the lubricant inside the clean applicator, on the rounded tip and on the rim of the sterilized menstrual cup. Fold the lubricated menstrual cup using C-fold or Punch-down fold. Put the folded cup inside the applicator and push in the stem until the cup touches the rounded tip. Insert the rounded tip of the applicator into your vagina and push the menstrual cup inside.
