Turbo 2013 is an animated film from the DreamWorks Animation. The story features a garden variety snail called Turbo, who dreams of becoming the fastest snail in the world. One day in a freak accident, his DNA is fused with nitrous oxide giving him super charged speed of a racing car. Then he, along with his brother Chet and a team of racer snails that include the leader Whiplash and his crew Smoove Move, Burn, Skidmark, and White Shadow go on to participate in a real car race. Turbo 2013 movie review was positive from all quarters and critics. On an average it got three out of five stars from all sources. The characters were considered adorable and inspiring and hence it resulted in television series Turbo FAST. Turbo Movie DVD is also available on Blu Ray disc and 3D Blu Ray. Later in the year, the film's video games were also released for Wii U, Wii, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo DS, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. A smart phone game was also developed by PikPok for iOS, Android and Windows Phone 8 devices. The movie is based on an idea by David Soren, who also directed the film. The voices in the animated film are given by Ryan Reynolds (Turbo), Paul Giamatti (Chet), Michael Peña (Tito), Snoop Dogg (Smoove Move), Maya Rudolph (Burn), Michelle Rodriguez (Paz) and Samuel L. Jackson (Whiplash). The soundtrack for the film was composed by Henry Jackman. Snoop Dog also contributed one of his original songs "Let the Bass Go" to the sound track.
