Product is OK. Initially i got a lower version of DVR, but got the product replaced with correct version with help of customer support. Thanks to Flipkart for Hassle-free process. This product actually doesn't come with internal HDD, as mentioned in the Title and Performance features. You have to purchase internal HDD separately and External HDD will not work with this DVR. Considering that, 48% off on price actually works out similar products available in market. Not much of savings. Request...

Think before you buy...website not clear. Product comes without the hard disk, Sent for replacement. New piece also comes without the hard disk. Called and checked with FLIPKART even before placing the order..Was in for a lot more surprises,,,long telephone calls..longest wait time,,,Longest escalation...etc,,,I don't want to say anything about this product...My long term association with FK has soared..Anyways...they (FK) found a resolution which cannot be disclosed in this comment, Over and...
