A:Remove the neck from the bottom a little bit and try to see how the pump works and then fit the neck back into the bottle & at the same time ensure the pump works

A:wet your face with water and take small pea size amount on palm and rub on your face, and wash with warm water. for bottle opening you have to turn it right side and to lock it , turn in left side.
