Great product
Very nice effective but take 2 tab before half hour you sleep and don't smoke or consume tobacco before 2-3 hrs . It works .

Does the job
overall average medicine by himalaya .. Put 2 tab that will promotes u to get a restfull sleep untill u hav been tired enough . this medicine is not working on all humans 😂
