I have used Vitamin d3 for some years mainly winter for obvious reasons . I haven't used this type of tablet format before Usually capsules . So took a bit of getting used to as I have large hands sounds silly I know but difficult buggers to get hold of . It's personal preference but I feel great now I have started taking them again helps with aches and winter depression. Immune system . We as a family all take and this is great product to buy well produced and packaged very pleased with it
