    Good

    Product is good but installation guy is worst, just think about this work don't even listen to customer. And charges extra than normal installation charges. And customer support is also waste just says we will work on it. Never expected this from Hindware.

    Don't waste your money

    Bought Sep-2021 and installed in Pune. My usage is low or moderate. The suction is good, looks premium. But the Louvre (door that opens and closes) stopped working on Feb -2022 in mere 6 months.

    It has been 4 months now with multiple requests and technician visits. Issue is still not resolved. They don't have spare parts available like PCBs. It takes very very long time for getting a part for you. It has been a regular part time work for me to call up Service centre everyday to follow up. Th...
