    Got this gem of machine few days back, got a good deal and exchange price on flipkart even beating prime day sale price.

    Horrible

    I am extremely dissatisfied with my Hisense television. After just four months, the panel has failed, displaying noticeable patches. To compound the issue, the customer service response has been sluggish and ineffective. Even with a confirmed panel defect, I am being subjected to lengthy delays due to internal approval processes. This is unacceptable for a premium product, and I feel completely let down by the lack of timely support.
