This is the best ac in this range however this model not launched in market..but this product having great features...decent luking...chilled room in 15-20 min. ....totally hitachi is best in all brands and coustmer satisfaction

Flipkart delivered the product on time. I bought RAU514HWDS without knowing any feedback and i got it for 30500/-. The performance is very good room is getting chill with less time. Indoor unit is having less noise. I can recommend this product. Hitachi service is good and got the installation for free. Outdoor unit seems to be giving more noise but it is not matter for us. Finally happy with this product

This product is one year old, but functioning well as of now and installation follow up after receiving the unit is pathetic. Though Flipkart is trying their best to make the installation happen, it did not work out with tiep up vendor and finally went for a local installation guy in Guntur.

Hi , i bought this ac from flipkart delivery was on time and ac looks nice with copper casing on in door unit but the remote as well as no display on in door unit makes very simple cheaper ac feel which is not good after spending lot more than any other brand.

AC is very good looking, compact design and works very well. Cools my big room of size 13 x 14 sft very fast. But the only thing I did not like is the sound of the wind from the blower. Even with lower fan speed I can hear the sound of the air which is not very decent. I wish it could be more silent.

Nice looking AC with wonderful performance, it can cool 150 sqft room in 10 minutes, very less noise.

Good Ac for small room
I did not found it noisy as its pretty silent
Airflow is low because off small indoor size
Cooling is good for 120 sq ft room
If you run on 16 it will cost 1.5 unit per hour and on 25 it will cost .9 - 1 unit per hour so it is cost saver for me gets lower electricity bill

Good AC at this price segment,looks great and Hitachi is a world class bran. But worst delivery from Gati Courier, they kept the AC beside the road and i requested them to bring it to my flat which was in 2nd floor, they denied it and went..which was just ridiculous..how could i bring it alone?
And assured date of delivery from Gati was April 10th but i got late delivery....interesting thing is that when i tracked my order later, in the reason for late delivery it was showing that " Customer ...

Got next day delivery and same day installation. Perfect service from Flipkart and Hitachi.

The AC is also good, it can cool the 140sqft room with ease, but comparing with Samsung ACs this AC doesn't provides cold air flow like Samsung, still its a good option.
