Service not good in Chennai
If you are in Chennai, avoid buying Hitachi product, as there is no proper support for service. Your service will rescheduled again and again. When you talk to customer care, they will say that your request has been forwarded with priority, no time will be committed but they will say we assure you service technician will contact. This happens once your AC is more than 10 months old and you don’t opt to buy AMC. Starting two services experience will be very delightful.

Wrong AC model, faulty product, poor customer service
The model in the pic has thin silver lining but the one that was delivered had thick brown lining, completely contrast to the one that is displayed in the image.
The AC does not work from day 1 it was installed. Green light blinks after the AC runs for 10 mins and switches itself off.
Flipkart does not have prompt replacement servicel
I have ordered the product on 16th May.
Delivered on 20th May.
Installation done on 22nd may (night 9PM) after repeated follow ups and escalations made.

Ac IS GOOD.. just u have to deal with HITACHI SERVICE If they delay installation in your area..
AC IS VERY EFFECTIVE... PowerFul mode is really EFFICIENT IN COOLING IN LESS TIME and u can save on electricity bill by running ac at 50% Capacity... very good alternative to conventional 5 star ac.. This inverter ac is a gem..

Great product
It's an excellent product, inverter technology has resulted in saving the electricity consumption & 5 stars for Flipkart delivery & installation (although I opted to get it installed from my own electrician, but the Jeevs repressentative made a call for installation as soon as the product was delivered.

False commitment of Instalation date & pathetic packing
Installation commitment is totally false and misleading on assurance of Flipkart.. All your customer representatives 3 times assured me that installation will be done on 15th Feb2018, even today at 1:30 pm i got same assurance from Flipkart customer care that, installation will be done before 7PM today!
