Great product
We purchas AC in July month, the colling is superb even we need to increase the temperature after 15-20 minutes. Our room size is 16*12 Feets and this 1.5 tone window is doing great work. Superb cooling, Energy Saving. Overall Satisfied!!!

Cooling is excellent, that's what Hitachi is known for.
Did not calculate the energy consumption yet.
Design and features can be improved. Very less modes and settings as compared to Voltas, no sleep mode. Only one auto mode with claims to be energy saving mode.
It is noisy enough till get used to it.

Q:What is dehumidification and why this AC refuses dehumidification?? Does it mean their will be humidity with cooling??
A:Dehumidification means removing excess water vapours from the air. If AC is doing dehumidification it will have an extra filter to remove the excess vapours out. Humidity can cause breathing problem.
