Nice product
overall product is good but in terms of design I am little bit disappointed because it has no digital display and thanks to installation boys they are very polite.
but ofcourse installation charges is not worth and it too high 1600/- . it should be free because customer already paid a big amount and if it is not possible , so installation range should be between 500/- to 1000/- maximum.

Poor installation and poor product body quality.
Installation not upto mark by some agency hired by flipkart that too when it is a paid installation by customer. Better to call hitachi guys after product purchase may be they will be more professional and not try to adjust alignment of AC by hitting it from below after hanging it on wall. Product is just ok as plastic body is not completely sound free. Terrific product, But go for installation BY HITACHI
Bought it at a price of 32240 along with a cashback of 125 from phonepe. As the reviews of installation by jeeves was not very good. I cancelled the installation which was paid worth 1600. Instead i called HITACHI directly to arrange for installation. The guy from HITACHI installed the AC very well. They also gave free installation. Buyers, before you purchase I'd like you to note the following so you may decide whether or not you want to make a purchase.
1. The main indoor unit, the actual AC blows air with high noise levels even at the lowest fan speed. It nearly sounds like an air cooler with a high fan speed.
2. It has ZERO features, not even a LED light on the console showing the machine is ON.

Reading previous review, I have installed from Hitachi at just 499.00 only and ofcourse stand at my cost for 750. only. Don't get installed from Flipkart.. they will charge around 3000.00 and heard very unprofessional also.( from previous review only)

I bought it from Flipkart during the sale period and got it for 30,499 with no cost EMI. My experience after a week of use is good enough. Most suitable for rooms upto 10'X10'. Unlike mentioned in some of the reviews, the AC doesn't make any noise and is super silent while chilling. Look wise too it's good. A:No, but sometimes AC(Alternating current) goes up and down by which AC will show error code & for preventing the damage it's turn off automatically to provide this kind of situation stabilizer needed.
