Buyers, before you purchase I'd like you to note the following so you may decide whether or not you want to make a purchase.

1. The main indoor unit, the actual AC blows air with high noise levels even at the lowest fan speed. It nearly sounds like an air cooler with a high fan speed.

2. It has ZERO features, not even a LED light on the console showing the machine is ON.

Cooling is good and quick. It takes time for ac to shutdown, I guess that is cause of some dry coil technology. Remote range is not good. It is 2 way swing and not 4 way.

Noise level is much better than my old bluestar from 2015 but not as good as mitsubishi heavy from 2019.

No display on indoor unite.
Indoor unite is silent until you increase fan speed to high which is okay. Outdoor unit does have okaish noise but much better than the blu...

Installation not up to mark.. go for respective company installation , hitachi inverter ac installation is free this time , my ac gas leaked with jeeves installation in 10 days only , now flipkart again asking charges for technician visit and gas refil , go with company installation only

Good cooling but
Pros:
- Noise is very low.
- Cooling is good.

Cons:
- Indoor unit does not have any display, everything is there in remote. Without remote, you have no way to know temperature/mode AC is running on. There must be some indicator to show temperature/mode and compressor on status.

product is good n also Hitachi is best.... but jeevas services is very very bad. engineer not knowledge about ac. pls if any problems pls call Hitachi service centre. they know everything. Thanking you Hitachi service centre employees..to help me....
