    Cooling is good
    Remote very normal

    Important thing is installation... I really wondered bze installation guys great work in professional way... Pls note my house has stone wall but these guys did very good job....

    Worth the money

    Colling not good Ac not working properly fan noise very high and installation man behaviour very bad and demand additional installation charge . Installation man not electric supply connect in ac . Gas leakage not check by installation man.

    pro:after using this ac for about 15 days, I am very happy with the performance.
    as known, Hitachi is best at its faster cooling, this product fulfills the purpose.
    cons :
    no temperature display in inner unit(this is Hitachi's default design for all products, temperature is visible in remote)
    remote is too basic, could have been provided with more options (ofcourse all the settings are automated in inner unit itself)

    Hitachi RAU318HUDD NOT UP TO MARK

    Is This split AC ?? The indoor noise is in excessive then company claims. The outdoor unit vibrates and noisy operation.The service is poor, i had made several call to Hitachi call center,1 flipkart and some different technicians for installation, pathetic service, i cant think about its service issue.
    I have one split ac's in my house of different makes as voltas and this is the worst.
