Firstly the AC was delivered on time via SafeXpress, the only issue was that the delivery person cam alone and expected someone from our home to lift the AC with him. Apart from that minor issue delivery was ok. Then comes the real pain point. The installation for the AC, was scheduled with Jeeves, Flipkart's service partner. When I tried to get more details from the customer care they had the audacity to tell me that the AC might not be covered under warranty if I get the AC installed via Hi...
