Using this product for ~6 months now, quite satisfied. After lot of research in 1.5 T segment, i finalized this product and so far it has lived up to expectations. I can certainly recommend this product. It's installed in my master bedroom, and takes about 15 minutes to cool the room.

Shortlisted two ACs, Hitachi and Daikin. Finally bought this model Hitachi 1.5 Kaze. This machine is good and cools my room in about 20 mins. Since I stay at the top floor the temperature is quite high some times about 36 deg room temperature, it just takes about 20-25 mins to for this machine to get to a temperature of 27 deg. The air through is quite good. If set at 27 deg and operated through out the night it consume about ~2.5 units of electricity. Overall I am satisfied with this AC.

Cooling and dehumidifying capability of the product is amazing. Takes only 5 minutes to cool the room(150 sqft) to comfort.

This is among the few air conditioners which comes with a compressor warranty 5 years.
