no service/maintenance

I purchased the same in Dec/2013. Until now, it has been working properly./ Recently its red light indicator has shown turned on and no buttons seem working. In spite of charging for more than 10 hours, the red light is still turned on and other buttons are not properly working. i am a bit perplexed and get confused as to where my piece get serviced/rectified. please advice in this regard
