It works as expected.
Cons: Cant access the IRVM's manual Dim switch.
When driving in rough roads, even for small undulations, due to phone weight, it vibrates a lot. And after 1 or 2 hrs of driving, it tilts the IRVM a small angle from original orientation.

Its not compatible for the cars in which the rearview mirrors has ball type.
It cannot bare this holder and it pulls down and change the view of car mirror.
Note: Your mirror should be movable up and down of you are buying this product.
