Handpicked from the farms of Northeast India(especially from NAGALAND & MANIPUR), cleaned and marinated and sundried and then pickled in raw mustard oil in a traditional assamese stlye with minimal usage of masalas maintaining the authenticity of northeast regional pickles highlighting the natural aroma of bhoot jolokia (king chilli). The fruity and fiery flavor of ghost peppers blends with the pungent mustard oil and imparts a distinctive aroma to the infused oil. Just a drop of oil is sufficient to feel the scorching heat. It is best used to dress salads, grills and marinades.
