Terrible product

The ratings are hyped. The rack reached us damaged and we placed the replacement and again it arrived incomplete and we had to return it. The manufacturer had missed to place a very small hinge (out of 8only 7 were there). As per the feedback we received from the installation guy, 8/10 products have this kind of issues and gets returned. So, of course, the ratings are manipulated.

Utterly Disappointed

It's simply a wastage of money . The hinges are made of plastic ; one of them got broken and the same is not available in Hardware Shops. Carpenters refused to replace the plastic hinges with metal one as MDF Boards are not at all suitable for such replacement. I suggest everyone to procure a shoe Rack made of Ply Wood by local carpenter !
