    Big fail in single seater..

    Single seater arm rest and built quality is too worst while three seater is convincing.a big disappointment on single seater.

    Poor Service from Hometown

    We had received one of the single seater with pin holes in the cloth. At the time of delivery (Delivery date: 19/02/2016) informed to the Hometown customer care and they had sent their person for inspection.

    After repeated calls to Hometown customer care, the same was neither replaced nor repaired till date.

    I think Hometown is interested only in selling their product and not in service.

    Pathetic Experience

    A wait for over a month with many dates extension for delivery and to top it off not once but twice getting bogus mails, sms & calls of product delivery when it has not even been manufactured by the seller yet !!!! Had to do multiple follow ups with the seller myself. Flipkart helpline needs help itself !!!! Please avoid buying furniture from them and approach the seller directly.
