    Good book with practical tips

    Got this one from a different retailer a while back. It's wrapped up in a handful of chapters with successful examples and ways the reader can implement them. The book also calls the reader to think about how engrossed users can truly become if product design is good.

    Every tip in the book could be useful in some way, I myself found a few of them that our products could really use right away. Anyone saying the book isn't worth the read is probably looking for some kind a "150 ways to" guide...

    Terrific books, ill informed but good delivery

    please start providing delivery guys number for informed delivery timing. suddenly getting a msg that your package is delivered when nobody is at home is not a good experience. Atleast when you have delivery guys number you can be present at delivery address when he was about to arrive or you will be informed that it(package) was delivered to which neighbour.

    A:The cre ideology is similar but this books gives you more insights on building a habit forming products from scratch and leverage user mindset in regards to habits.
