In my opinion “How Children Succeed” is one of the most important of recent books and is a must read.
Using scientific research the book gives insights on how we can make every child a good citizen of the world. The book concludes that more than academics, the character is pivotal to success in life.

Must read for any one trying to understand, how character is built. Though, written in the context of US Household and Education system, still relevant for any one interested in reading about child development.
