I'm using this product from around 1 a year.
Never facing any heating issue.
Once I faced the issue of hard-disk corrupt problem, but it is replaced HP service center in 5 days.

I am using since two weeks and my experience is good ...
In this price range you will not get a laptop with windows 10 and 1 TB storage...
and the performance is good better than intel i3....
so who wants to do basic works it is for them

Bought it for 25 k had issues like I felt battery was loose (it's not loose, just fit issues common in all hp laptops) and some other petty issues, so I asked for a refund, and flipkart executives were so nice and cordial, return was complete and money was refunded within time without any hassle. Meanwhile I searched for other laptops and I found that if you want Win 10+ 1tb HDD+ 4 gb ram, you have to shed atleast 32k for both amd and intel(i3)
Couldn't find a better laptop even after adding...

So let's begin....
First of all I'll start with the first look of the laptop and how does it feels when you get hands on its deck.
As soon as I opened the package (As usual 5 stars for packaging #Flipkart) the laptop looked fine or I must say far more the price tag it bears. The build quality is sturdy and the keyboards are of nice quality as well. Talking about display it is also good considering the price it offers at and the viewing angles were also good.

In received product fan doing noice, i have raided request but again recieved product not up to the mark..online purchase is not that much authenticated..not setisfied with product quality by HP and by flipk.

It's a bit slow. But workable if u r looking for day to day entertainment and surfing the web. Also u must handle with care. It's fragile.
