Battery, display, performanance is too good. Except touchpad is not good.

This was the first time I tried a HP laptop. I was extremely disappointed with the quality. Exactly after a year and one week, the laptop stopped switching on. Being out of the warranty period, I had to physically take the laptop to a service centre. The service centre diagnosed to reveal technical failure of the motherboard. Replacement would set me back by 15k.

The service center folk told me I should have taken extended warranty for this laptop. They are of the opinion that lower end HP ...
