Delivery was to good and product also
But There is two problem
1. No warranty card available
2. No cd drivers
Finally I got it 26000 rupees

Product arrived as per estimated dates.
Packaging was alright.
Product is as expected. Drivers CD is missing. I
Checked with the HP customer care and got a confirmation that the user manual and the drivers CD is usually shipped with in the box with the laptop but in case if not received you may download the drivers from HP website.

Due to frequent internet disconnect, it is very difficult to download all the drivers needed at once.

is too good bt delivery boy is not come.nt give drivers lapbag n screen cleaner.i m happy with this product.i was went to flipkart ofc after I was exchanged with my old laptop.they were waiting to me one hour that's so bad.

super product, nice delivery only one issue same like many others, battery not well fitted on its compartment besides this everything is alright go for it.
