the touchpad is quite bad. one has to use a mouse. since it's an HDD performance is not great,it's just average.

It was the worst decision to buy a laptop online.
1. The sound quality was bad since the first day.

If I consider the same price machine with Dell, this product gives very less performance/throughput and not giving basic functionality . This lapy is very slow, even i have upgraded Ram from 8 g to 16 g but slowness is still there. I bought 5 Laptop for my IT company 4 months back. It has very bad hardware quality. RJ45 Port got stopped working. I am not able to connect Cable with Lan port.

After contacting support team many times, at last some executive told me that It is not covered under warranty.
