Hi people , I purchased this laptop on 16th jan 2015, the laptop is not that fast enough. When i asked for a replacement / refund , flipkart didnot give it right away and kept me waiting for more than 15 days .
Viewers i would suggest you'll to buy electronics from amazon.in , they replace and also give refunds if the product is non-satisfactory.
I made a huge mistake buying this laptop from flipkart , I personally feel that the customer service executives will take you for a ride for 30 days...

poor response towards customer problems and not even giving reply on time. system hanging problems. as discussed earlier problem continues.
system hangs and applied for return on 14/09/2014 but till now no call from customer care.
I set a query mail regarding the product with snaps but no one get back to me.

For Flipkart
Due to same day delivery & next day delivery Flipkart going to loose normal delivery customer. coz i order this laptop on 18 Aug and flipkart customer executive told me that your order is not confirmed and will confirm after 29 Aug. after few conversation and argument he confirmed my order and i got delivery on 20 Aug. this is clear sign that flipkart priority is for same day and next day delivery costumer not for regular delivery customer.

For laptop,
No driver cd with this lap...

I placed order for the prescribed laptop that too for quick delivery within a day. I paid extra money for that. But I received laptop with less configuration and old processor. I files complaint for return. Its been a week but have not received any coll from flipcart to acknowledge it. Although I am my self calling them every day to check the status but they have no updates.
Its been ridiculous. Whats the point of quick delivery then!!
