wifi key (f12) not working, even after windows/driver reinstall....heck even hp tech support guy declared the key faulty after a lot of online troubleshooting, 1 of the usb port works randomly i.e. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. the packaging was horribly thin..no bubble wraps nothing, even the air packets inside were all in deflated condition. when it arrived, what's more troubling me is that the seal was tampered with...i'm really disappointed with flipkart right now...first t...

This was the mistake to purchase a laptop online from flilkart. I feel cheated in buying this laptop first time when i purchased thia laptop i got the deffective one. And then i requested for replacement againvwhen i got the replacement even that product was not working f9 initially there was some issue with dvd writer ... I claimed for refund after sometime it started working fine i cancelled the request for refund.. But its again creating problem.. Finally jab se laptop purchase kiya hai...

its a better one respect to decent price........

i placed my order on 18th june 2015.
Original delivery is over two days back that is 25th june 2015 but they failed to deliver it on that day and following the next day i had left that place so when the product will come to that address i have to spent another 1000rs atleast to send to my place.....and what is fact is that new delivery date was 27th june 2015 and just now the logistics member from ekart has called that they will now ship the product on 1st july.....wtf.

Seriously the most pissing experience I even had. booked a Laptop and also booked under express delivery all of a sudden a MSG comes that the order is cancelled. Seriously you guys don't even have curtsey to call and inform.
