At first the laptop brings in a lot of of suspicions reading the other review but almost 1 month in use i guess this should be some help.

This laptop is for : people who are willing to make an effort with the os and drivers .

This laptop is not for : people who like out of the box use .

cons :
1) no OS , no drivers , no clue where to find it either , its just basic hardware with dos pre installed .
2)not too linux friendly , although you can just about make it work with any linux distrib...

It's been a year i got this machine and it works great by far.. Although they say it's a gaming laptop, it can only play games released up till 2013.. Games from 2014 may work on low settings.. Build quality is nice, I got mine customized at a local vinyl shop to avoid scratches.. There have been zero problems till now, used with windows 7/8.1/10 and Ubuntu..

first of all,thank you flipkart for your awesome delivery and decent packing(got it in a day)..let me get straight to the point,,finally hp website has given original drivers for this laptop just go to hp website then choose support then download drivers and add laptop model number ,so no more wasting time on finding drivers.. :)
so far played ninja blade,battlefield 3, COD2, crysis2 in medium to low settings..cannot play CODAW maybe because of 4gb ram.

good battery life for a 4cell b...

About product:
Very good product in this range of money. I am using this laptop from last 6 months and faced no issues till now. I am loving it.
Only 1 disadvantage: Sound quality is not that good.

I bought the laptop without much thoughts as it seemed the best one at this price tag. Got it for 28,490. Laptop performance is good and there are no heating issues. At first I had put Ubuntu 14 and it was running really smooth. The problem occurred when I put Catalyst control. It was unable to detect my dedicated graphics card. I could not find any solutions to it. So the next morning I installed Win 7. After hours of drivers installations, one feature i.e. HP wireless indicator is not worki...

After some initial misunderstanding with Flipkart, I received the product beautifully packed. The laptop is great for such a good cost. 2 ports weren't working but after much hunting and trial and error, I found that they could be resolved using AMD USB 3.0 drivers on the HP website. For some reason, the AMD USB filter driver didn't activate the ports.
The volume is a little low which is a bummer but you can't expect everything with 29k! After all's said and done, I love this laptop ^^

battery life is too good above 5 hour seriously awesome battery backup

in this range no 2 gb graphics is comparable to this just go for it.

Bought this laptop before a month, has an excellent performance. Can play most of the games with 720p and all settings high. Good battery backup.
