Look wise, Laptop is great
Performance wise, not bad- not great
1 major problem which is related to MS Office, though it is pre-installed but i have to contact Microsoft executives to help me out with PRODUCT KEY which took 2 hrs.
Flipkart customer support is poor in this regard.
