Good laptop but has few missing features such as face recognition available with windows 10, no fingerprint scanner and the keyboard is too shiny in front of lights. also the office is preinstalled but not free, you ned to pay for it separately. also the antivirus needs to be bought separately.

everything else is good.

Hi Everyone I have been using this Laptop for the past 4 months

1. When it comes to performance runs like a “Tortoise”, This is little bit hectic for me to use but I have installed one Oracle virtual machine and python software may be that is the reason Laptop performance slowdowns .

And I didn’t install any other big software’s.

3. Battery gives long time 5+ Hours

it's awesome performance is good in this segment and it's the best laptop in Rs.30000 to 34000 segment. battery performance is also very good and also have fast charging.

It's a good product, although a bit high-priced. For those who is facing the lag and slow-boot issues, just get rid of every hp bloatwares from the control panel. Please uninstall McAfee antivirus as well. This did wonder for me and my laptop is way faster now. It boots very fast and now I am able to multitask easily. The only negatives are its price and plastic build quality. Otherwise it's a beauty ! Love it..
